First–tier Tribunal (Immigration Services)
The Immigration Services Tribunal was created in October 2000. In January 2010 it transferred into the General Regulatory Chamber of the First–tier Tribunal. It hears appeals against decisions made by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and considers disciplinary charges brought against immigration advisors by the Commissioner.
